Shawnee Game Conference is one of the longest-running game conferences in the region. With its increasing growth, SGC is looking for dedicated volunteers to support the needs of our speakers, exhibitors, attendees, and guests. Volunteers should be energetic, helpful individuals who will help with registration, badge checks, setup and breakdown of the event, and assisting all speakers and exhibitors.

What kind of work do volunteers do?
Volunteers will be invited to a short training session to get familiar with potential jobs. Each volunteer will be tasks with a half event day worth of tasks. Here are some of the important tasks:
Help with registration & badges.
Monitor doors and badges checking.
Assist speakers with their needs.
Helping fill conference bags.
Answering Attendee Questions.
Help exhibitors during load-in and load-out.
