After earning a Bachelor of Science from Shawnee State University, Jackie Ha searched for a position relating to my degree of study. Jackie continued to study to improve her programming knowledge.

Eventually, Jackie found a job doing quality assurance testing and (re)discovered how much she liked doing it. Growing up, she had always liked testing out different things in the games that she played.
