Doug Gesler is a founder and CEO at Iron Will Games. Born in northwest Ohio, he pursued his passion for game development and quit the corporate world in 1998 to co-found a 2D MMO called Dransik. In the 24 years since then, he has worked as a programmer on over 15 titles across multiple platforms, including several AAA titles, all while managing a business and maintaining a presence in the independent games industry. Doug, a proud parent of a Shawnee State senior, now lives with his family in Northwest Ohio where he enjoys independent game development as a part-time hobby.
