Saritdikhun Somasa (Sarit)
Saritdikhun Somasa, also known as Sarit, has a solid educational background in Art Education, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Multimedia Design.
He is a professor at East Tennessee State University in Digital Media, teaching subjects such as 3D Modeling and Sculpting, 3D design and prototype, 3D Animation, and 3D Rigging.
Before this, he taught in the Digital Arts program at Bowling Green State University, specializing in 3D digital form and animation from 2004 to 2018.
During his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon in 1998, he worked part-time at Dynamix, Inc., a game developer company published by Sierra On-Line, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. He worked on texturing and modeling for the games Starsiege: Tribes (released on December 23, 1998) and Field & Stream: Trophy Bass 3D (released on June 16, 1999).
Since 2011, he has expanded his creative practice to include 3D digital Sculpting and 3D printing, woodworking, metalsmithing, photography, painting, drawing, and video.
